Our
predecessor"Sheng Hong"established 30
years ago is the first nonwovens producer in Taiwan.
We are always with the confidence in the nonwoven
prospect of Taiwan. For constantly promoting the
nonwoven technical and cultivating the qualified
technicians in Taiwan, we cooperate with Carl
Freudenberg Co. and Japan Vilene Co. those are
celebrated for their high technic and quality
all over the world -- to set up "Taiwan Vilene
Nonwovens Co., Ltd."
In recent years, nonwoven
field stands a severe test due to the requirement
of environment protection. However, we are having
a deep feel that there should be still much development
space in the nonwoven production. Upon many years
of studies and researches, we have successfully
invented "Suction Forming Process",
a new producing way which combines the Pulp with
the nonwoven producing experience. Of course,
the patent right has been obtained without a hitch.
In 1988, separately founded "Photon Formosa
Co., Ltd."and we are proud of extending a
new stage for the nonwoven products.

All we have to do is apply the
New Process - Suction Forming to produce the superior
absorbent products with low pollution, high environment
protective and economical effect in the packing,
filtering, hygiene, and security industry. So far,
the nursing articles and super absorbent materials
for food stuff, freshen and perishable goods, and
flood blockade...etc. daily-life applications have
been generated. The goal to keep the development
of various commodities to meet the customers' requirements
would be lasting forever. |

- Uninterruptedly promoting and
accelerating the growth of "Suction Forming"
technique and its application.
- Integrate multi-procedure to
create high quality and functional production
for people's life. Especially do all we can
to contribute the experience to the cultivation
of Taiwan nonwoven field
